Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once you place your order, allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and dispatch it. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

We use minimal, thoughtfully chosen packaging designed to protect our glass bottles and the Kansa Wand in transit. Oils ship upright in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. If your order arrives damaged due to packaging failure, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll replace it at no cost.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can also track your order directly through the courier's website using the AWB number provided. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

• Re-shipment will be charged at actuals
• For prepaid orders, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges
• COD orders that are refused at delivery will be noted, and future orders from that address may require prepayment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery for select pin codes across India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout. A nominal COD handling fee of Rs. 49 applies to all COD orders.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait an additional 2 business days before reaching out — occasional delays do occur. If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
